These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Bol Bihar Bol community engagement platform, including our website, communications, and related services (collectively, the “Service”). 1. Platform Usage

The Service is provided as a Pan-India community engagement platform that enables NGOs, charitable trusts, educational institutions, healthcare organizations, resident welfare associations, volunteer groups, foundations, community clubs, CSR teams, social enterprises, event organizers, and youth organizations to communicate with their subscribed members regarding events, workshops, volunteer opportunities, health awareness initiatives, cultural activities, and organization announcements.

2. Community Guidelines

All users and organizations agree to communicate respectfully, share accurate information, and use the Service only for lawful community engagement purposes. Content that is unlawful, hateful, harassing, discriminatory, defamatory, or that violates the rights of others is prohibited.

3. User Responsibilities

You are responsible for the accuracy of information you provide, for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, and for all activity conducted through your account. You agree to notify us promptly of any unauthorized use or security breach.

4. Consent-Based Messaging

All notifications, updates, and communications sent through Bol Bihar Bol are strictly consent-based. Messages are delivered only to users who have voluntarily opted in to receive communications via Google RCS, SMS, WhatsApp, or email. Users may unsubscribe or revoke their consent at any time using the opt-out options provided in every message or by contacting our support team.

5. Organization Responsibilities

Organizations that use the Service to communicate with their members are responsible for ensuring that they have obtained appropriate consent from each recipient, that all shared content is accurate and lawful, and that messages relate to legitimate community engagement activities. Organizations must not use the Service for unsolicited marketing, spam, or communication that violates applicable laws or platform partner policies.

6. Privacy

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Bol Bihar Bol shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of the Service. 8. No Political Campaigning through Messaging Services

Bol Bihar Bol’s messaging services must not be used for political campaigning, election promotion, party-affiliated outreach, candidate promotion, voter mobilization, or any partisan communication. Any account or organization found using the Service for such purposes will be suspended or terminated. This restriction applies to all messages sent through Google RCS, SMS, WhatsApp, and any other messaging channel supported by the platform.

9. Compliance with Applicable Laws

You agree to use the Service in accordance with all applicable local, state, national, and international laws and regulations, including but not limited to laws relating to data protection, electronic communications, consumer protection, and telemarketing. You also agree to comply with the policies of underlying messaging providers such as Google RCS Business Messaging, WhatsApp Business, and SMS carriers.

We may revise these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a new “Last updated” date. Continued use of the Service after any change constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
